At Buy Supply, our relationships with our customers are the most important thing to us.  Whenever possible, we go out of our way to be flexible, reasonable, and understanding when handling returns.  Our return policy varies depending on the supplier and even the relevant category or product type so please ask us if you have any specific questions about particular items.  Freight damage and claims are handled according to the rules of the carrier and the Uniform Commercial Code.  Generally though, if you have a concern with a product that has been shipped to you please document as much as possible about the situation, take a photo, and make a note on the receiving paperwork that you are being presented with. Then, reach out to us using the below form and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
